Victor (2012 TMNT)

One of the citizens of New York. The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles were known to monitor the city from the top of Victor’s apartment, leading to frequent arguments. During a mission gone wrong, Victor was kidnapped by the Kraang and accidentally turned into the mutant known as Spider Bytes.
